The space
The studio apartment is bright, carefully decorated and with a pleasant terrace where you can have breakfast and relax.

It has capacity for 3 adults, with a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and washing machine, a sleeping area with King Size Bed (150x200cm), a living area with a large comfortable Italian double sofa bed, a large 40” Smart TV, fibre optics Internet & WIFI up to 600mbps ideal for online “working” too.

Strategically located in one of the most beautiful areas of the island, perfect for enjoying its beaches and Dunes. It also has very good connections with the motorway to get to know the rest of the island easily.

Smoking is allowed only outdoors. Never indoors!

The property has a fully equipped kitchen, fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, kettle, juicer, coffee machine, washing machine, hairdryer, fan, bed linen, shower towels, and much more.

The well kept complex offers swimming pools, solarium, lifts, Wifi and 24 hr security.
