Many of our holiday apartments, villas, bungalows and vacation rentals in Gran Canaria can be booked instantly. Booking confirmation will be sent once your reservation has been successfully processed.
How much do I need to pay to confirm a reservation?
A deposit may be required to secure your booking. The exact payment conditions will be displayed during the reservation process and may vary depending on the property.
How do I cancel a booking?
Our cancellation policies vary depending on the property selected. Full details of the cancellation conditions are provided before completing your reservation. If you have any questions, please contact our team for assistance.
Booking and Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy
To confirm a reservation, a 50% deposit of the total booking amount is required at the time of booking.
The remaining 50% must be paid on the day of arrival, before check-in or key collection, using the agreed payment method.
A reservation will only be considered confirmed once the required deposit has been successfully received.

We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise. Therefore, the following cancellation policy applies:
* Cancellations made 15 days or more before the arrival date: 100% refund of the amount paid.
* Cancellations made between 8 and 14 days before the arrival date: 50% refund of the amount paid.
* Cancellations made 7 days or less before the arrival date: No refund will be issued.

Reason for the Cancellation Policy
This cancellation policy is necessary due to the costs involved in preparing the property for each guest’s stay. These costs include, but are not limited to, professional cleaning, laundering of bed linen and towels, staff coordination, administrative management of the booking, and reserving the accommodation exclusively for the guest, preventing it from being booked by others.
We appreciate your understanding, as this policy enables us to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and service for all our guests.

Is car rental recommended in Gran Canaria?
