This small renovated studio is located right near the sea, in a renovated residential complex with a communal pool in Playa del Inglés (Maspalomas), just a few steps from the Beach and all services nearby, transports, shops, restaurants, pharmacy and center Doctor.

The Space
The apartment is small but bright and cosy. It has capacity for 2 adults, with a small equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower, a washing machine and a living-sleeping area with a convertible Double Sofa Bed (140x200cm), a 32” Smart TV, Internet-Wifi and a glazed balcony with table and chairs, ideal for online “working” too.

Surroundings
The beach is less than a 5 minute walk away. Ideal for a Holiday or a work trip in the Sun!

Strategically located in one of the most beautiful areas of the island, perfect for enjoying its beaches and Dunes. It also has very good connections with the motorway to get to know the rest of the island easily.

*The World famous Yumbo Centre with its amazing Gay scene is 5 mins away by taxi or 20 min walking. Nice views to the mountains and Sea.

Other things to note
Smoking is allowed only outdoors. Never indoors!
The property has an equipped kitchen, small fridge-freezer, microwave with grill, kettle, coffee machine, juicer, washing machine, hairdryer, fan, bed linen, shower towels, etc.
The well kept complex also swimming pools, solarium, lifts, Wifi and 24 hr security.
Air conditioning is optionally available for an extra daily fee of €5.
